Dobbs Ridge

We met Mike and Kris Dobbs in May of 2006. Mike and Kris reside in Orlando, Florida and were looking to build a lake house in a place close to the area where they were raised. They purchased a lake lot in StillWaters at Lake Martin and contacted us to assist in the building of their dream home. At the time, they did not have a design in mind, but through the course of getting to know Mike and Kris, we put them in touch with a local architect and assisted them with the design process. After a year from when we first met, we designed, priced, and began to build what would be a home for generations. We always encourage our fhomeowners to create an idea book, which is a book of pictures that illustrates colors and finishes they want us to incorporate into the home. To date, Kris holds the record for largest idea book. It’s always fun for us to work with clients with imagination and a desire to try things new, and for us Mike and Kris were exactly that type of client.
